JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physiotherapist, you will work with one of the best and most enriching tasks - improving the daily lives of our patients.

You will work from a health-promoting and rehabilitative approach. The work tasks are assigned to both special and ordinary housing. Your responsibilities include assessment, treatment, training, follow-up, and prescription of assistive devices. In your work, you will have close contact with patients, as well as with relatives and other individuals in the patient's network. The work is conducted in teams and in close collaboration with other professionals.

Your work includes instructing, educating, and guiding relatives and care staff in the daily work around the patient. The measures are based on the patient's needs and goals and are individually adapted to contribute to increased independence and participation in daily life.

We offer you a broad and flexible assignment with freedom under responsibility, where you have the opportunity to make a difference and influence your work. You will have scheduled visits that you can regulate, but there will also be urgent situations that may require you to rearrange your workday.

The team consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, assistive technology specialists, rehabilitation assistants, alarm coordinators, and vision and hearing consultants. You will have cheerful and experienced colleagues in a driven and secure group, where we share our knowledge and support each other. You will always have close access to collegial support, and the municipality's MAR works in close collaboration with the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist.

You are responsible and have a strong commitment and interest in your work. You see opportunities before difficulties and enjoy working independently as well as in a team. You are a good communicator and enjoy teaching/instructing.

A B driver's license is required for the position.
